Mason Shayan, MiCP, CCIM

Mason Shayan is managing director of the KW Commercial-DFW Preferred market center, and he also runs and manages his own commercial practice, MSCRE Group. The MSCRE Group advisors are exclusively dedicated to commercial real estate transactions. Our CRE advisors are here to help you with your investment strategies, 1031  exchanges, buying or selling a commercial business, leasing, and investment sales. We serve as your commercial consultant partner, and you receive dedicated representation from an experienced broker throughout the entire transaction life.

Mason has a 25 year history in commercial real estate. He began his career after studying entrepreneurship and business at Loyola Marymount University. His investment expertise and leadership offer unparalleled insight to investors and businesses alike. Mason and his team of experts provide market analysis, buyer/seller representation, and transaction management. He has been personally involved in millions of dollars worth of commercial transactions and has been a long-time commercial real estate investor.

When asked why he chose KW Commercial, Mason points to KW’s focus on education, technology, community and making clients the number one priority. Mason’s mission is to create value for his clients through long term partnerships.

Mason holds a BA in International Marketing with a minor in Information Systems and Finance, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University. He has earned  a Masters in Commercial Property, and as a commercial realtor, received Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM designation in 2018.

Roger Real is a Commercial Associate at the MSCRE Group and KW Commercial DFW Preferred Market Center.
He is an experienced businessman and entrepreneur; he was a multiple business owner/operator in the auto transport industry for over sixteen years.
Roger co-founded two auto transport businesses: Texas Auto Delivery, Inc. in 2004 and Auto Shippers USA, Inc. in 2012. However, after sixteen years in that industry, he made the decision to follow one of his passions: pursuing a career in Commercial Real Estate. Roger completed the sale of his business shares and commercial property to his business partner in January of 2019 and started his new dream of becoming an investor and real estate agent.
As a commercial real estate agent, Roger wants to fulfill his newfound passion for helping fellow business owners and entrepreneurs to find their dream property for their business. Just like an agent once helped him with his property and his business, he now wants to do the same and help other like-minded individuals. Roger recalls the challenge of finding a qualified agent during the sale of his business, and the process was a bit challenging. He wants to provide the best service and experience possible for his clients and make it a seamless process and hassle-free experience.
Roger feels confident that, due to his experience in the organization and leading of multiple businesses, he has earned a tremendous amount of real-life experience in operations, sales, marketing, and customer services that make him uniquely suited to serve fellow business owners looking to lease, buy, or sell commercial real estate.
