What is MiCP?

Have you ever considered receiving your Masters in Commercial Property (“MiCP”)? What is MiCP exactly?

You can earn your MiCP by taking classes with Lypsey School of Real Estate. You will be required to take an exam following each class.  You need to pass each exam  with a 70% or higher score.  The classes cover the best practices in commercial real estate, and the curriculum is the result of over 40 years of commercial real estate practice, knowledge and experience.
